Dr. Kulbir Kaur Bhatti is an Assistant Professor (Digital Marketing) at the School of Leadership and Management, MRIIRS.
Dr. Kulbir has 12 years of working experience in the field of Teaching, Research, Administrative duties, Coordination in Academic Affairs & Admissions, Managing Alumni Cell, College Magazine, Social Outreach, Sports Committee, and Soft Skills. She has done digital marketing projects for industries.
She believes the young generation are the roots of our society; they have to be taken care of for a better tomorrow, engaging with them from grass root level enhancing teamwork and coordination.
She has completed her Ph.D in Green Marketing & is PMA- D level certified Project Manager. She is a certified Digital Marketer.
Her teaching and research area include Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Business Research, Intellectual Property Rights.
She has received Best Paper, at 6th Online International Conference on Advancing Management: Innovation, Engagement & Impact in the Post Covid Era Organized by KIET Group of Institutions. She has experience in organizing Conferences, FDPs/MDPs, workshops, and webinars and has also taken sessions as Resource Person in them.
She has also published several research articles in quality journals indexed in Scopus and UGC Care, and book chapters with reputed publishers. She has one Indian patent to her credit.
She is a member of the Editorial Review Board of International Journal of Political Activism and Engagement (IJPAE). ISSN: 2640-0367, EISSN: 2640-0375, DOI: 10.4018/IJPAE.
