Dr. Kulbir Kaur Bhatti is a dedicated and experienced academician, serving as an Assistant Professor (Digital Marketing) at the School of Leadership and Management, MRIIRS, with 14 years of experience spanning teaching, research, academic coordination, admissions, alumni engagement, social outreach, sports committees, and soft skills training.

Dr. Bhatti holds a Ph.D. in Green Marketing, is a PMA-D Level Certified Project Manager, and is a Certified Digital Marketer. She has also worked on digital marketing projects for industries, specializing in SEO, content strategy, automation, and marketing analytics.
