Brief Profile

Dr. Kapila is a passionate reseracher who is interested in learning newer advancements. She has research interest in unravelling mechanism of viral inducing genomic and proteomic changes in the host, developing biosensors and is deeply involved in biological engineering of microorganisms utilizing synthetic biology to produce commercially viable products. She is also working on exploring the molecular mechanisms of infectious diseases and developing therapeutics and diagnostics. She has worked on DBT and DST funded research projects.
