Highly experienced Bakery and Patisserie Chef with almost 20 years of industrial experience. Worked with the brands like Taj Exotica Goa, Taj Holiday Village, and Pre-opening member at Taj Surya by Coimbatore, Oberoi Amar Vilas and Wild Flower Hall, Shimla. Also worked at Sujan Raj Mahal Palace- A Luxury Boutique Hotel as Executive Sous Chef. In 2022 he paved his way into Academia after his rich industrial experience. Currently he is working as Assistant Professor in School of Culinary & Hotel Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies.
