Brief Profile

Dr. Ashish Grover has driven knowledge outcomes for around 18 years through her teaching, research, training, and consultancy. Her main areas of research and teaching interest include Renewable energy sources, Automation and IOT, Energy Auditing, Electrical Vehicles and artificial intelligence and Machine Learning.

She is Ph.D. Design and analysis of Power management system for hybrid power generation from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Haryana, India and Masters in Technology in Power engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Punjab in the year 2010 and Working as associate professor and Deputy Director IQAC ,MRIIRS 

She is passionate in the domains of Automation. During her tenure, She has expertise in the automation products like Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interface, Servo Motors and variable frequency drives and Supervisor Control Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA). 

Dr. Ashish Grover is a trainer at Authorised Training Centre established by Mitsubishi Electric India. She has conducted scores of FDPs and workshops for both industry executives and academicians. She has participated in many national project competitions. In the year 2020, She has won most popular team Award for participating in Mitsubishi Electric Cup ,2020 with her team for the project “The plastic Salvager”. She also is working on the project on the project Water Waste Management and obtained the seed money for the same from MRIIRS. 

Dr. Ashish has received Young Engineer’s Award for the year 2017 from Institute of Engineer’s for presenting her views in Role of Engineer’s in Nurturing India. She has also acknowledged as Best Employee of the year in 2019.Dr. Ashish was also an invited speaker for the current topic Charging of batteries in Electrical Vehicles at Institute of Engineer’s in 2021. 

She is an active researcher and has published 35 papers in both international and national journals of repute. She has attended, and presented papers in reputed conferences (International and National).
