Brief Profile

Dr. Anjali Singh, Associate Professor and Program Manager Mentoring (BODHI), Department of UG Management Studies, School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies has about 19 years of experience in Teaching and 2 Years in Industry.

She has done her B.Com and Masters in Human Resource Administration and Ph.D in Management. She has published a number of research papers in UGC-CARE, Scopus, WOS and ABDC journals and also attended and participated in various National & International conferences / seminars (IEEE on Sustainable Development, DTU, GBU, Rukhmani Devi, Univ of London, D.Y.Patil University, EDII Ahmedabad etc) presented research papers. She has taken participation in Developing Real life Case Study on Reputed Industry conducted by AICTE. Also, she is the Coordinator for Universal Human Value in the university level and successfully attended various FDPs of NITTTR and NEP orientation conducted by Banaras Hindu University and conducted seminars and workshops in premier institutes like NPC 2022 and ICSI January 2025.

She has authored/edited 04 books on Management with reputed publishers such as Taylor and Francis/IGI Global/Redshine Publication. She has organised a Faculty Development Program in the area of Effective Teaching Learning using Social Media. She is awarded as Best Educator Award in Sept 2022 and Distinguish Educator Award in June 2024.She got a grant of 1.4 lakhs for seed money project. Her research interest lies in Human Resource Management and Organisation Behaviour.
