Dr. Anindita Chatterjee Rao

Brief Profile

Professor (Dr.) Anindita Chatterjee Rao is working as Research Director-Leadership and Business Excellence and Professor at the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. Her research interests are in areas of human behavior, HR practices, sustainable development, organizational change, data analytics, and role efficacy. She has eighteen years of experience in management education. She has guided several research assignments for post-graduate and doctoral research students. She completed a funded research project of 7 lacs from ICSSR (Indian Council of Social Science Research) on Education for Sustainable Development in 2016.

She has also published case studies with ECCH and Scopus. Four scholars have completed PhD under her supervision. She has written forty-one research papers and book chapters. She has been conducting sessions as a resource person in Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce & Science (31st May 2023), Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (14th January 2023), and Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad (Nov 2022 to April 2023). She has been Program Director and Resource person in MDP on Leadership for Indian Oil Corporation 19th -20th April 2022, 7th-8th Oct 2022 and 3rd-4th Aug 2023 at IiPM Gurugram on leadership skills and interpersonal skill building.
