Dr. Pooja Kapoor

Brief Profile

Dr. Pooja Kapoor holds an M.Com., PGDBA, UGC NET, Ph.D. in her illustrious profile. Having more than 20 years of teaching and research experience, gives her head start to various realms of managerial research. She has worked as an active team member for a special study on “Role of B-schools in shaping Enterprise social Responsibility (ESR) amongst micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs)” sponsored by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

She was invited by Dhaka International University, Bangladesh as the chairperson for a paper presentation track in event being International Congregation on Women Empowerment, Gender Diversity & Financial Inclusion. Two PhDs under her supervision have been awarded and 8 are currently pursuing. She has achieved the Dale Carnegie Certificate from Wipro Technologies on ‘High Impact Teaching Skills’ and was recognized as a team member for QS-I Gauge Rankings for Manav Rachna University. Two patents registered and granted by the Patent office of GOI. Several research papers published in refereed journals and conference proceedings, add to her bright academic profile.
