Steps to raise any type of Grievance on EMS portal:

Step 1

Go to EMS Portal :
https://mrei.icloudems.com/

Step 2

Enter EMS login id and password.

Step 3

Clicks on “Grievances Complaint” Icon ,Select the nature of Grievance (For E.g. - Issues related to Academics, Accounts, Gender Harassment, Library etc), defines a title and describes the Grievance in detail (can attach files if required), Click on Submit.

Step 4

Grievance Complaint number will be generated on the portal for future reference. Mail will be sent to the concerned authority with the Grievance complaint number.

Step 5

Grievance will be reflected on EMS Portal of the competent authority and accordingly the competent authorities will take an appropriate decision.

Step 6

Decision will be communicated to the applicant through his/her EMS portal, he/she can check the last response / comment updated by the concerned authority and status (Open / In progress / completed) for each Grievance.

*Above Facility is open for both Students / Teaching Staff.
