Scholars proved their mettle in Table Tennis by winning Gold, in Powerlifting by winning Gold and Silver, in Javelin and Shotput by bagging silver and bronze medals respectively.

Manav Rachna organized a 12 week program on fitness specialist course in association with Technozym and Geo- Fitness. Approximately 72 Bhutanese students participated in this educational program. The course focused on basic human sciences & its physiology.

MREI focuses on sports-centric philosophy to create healthy minds in healthy bodies. The World-Class infrastructure provides for total sports management which nurtures sports talent of the students at all levels from pre-primary to the college level.

World class sports facilities for outdoor and indoor games (which include basketball, volley ball, cricket, shooting, table tennis, squash, billiards, soccer, chess, carom to name a few) offers infrastructure which caters for budding sports learners.

High level coaching is provided under the guidance of well known coaches, Mr Russell Mark, Mr Ralf Schumann, Mr. Peter Karlson and Mr. Jaspal Rana to name a few. Sports competitions in various Institutions of Manav Rachna are a regular feature. Manav Rachna also has the distinction of hosting the Manav Rachna Cricket Corporate Cup for the last over a decade.

Music Society SURTARANG

This group covers activities like solo singing, duet singing, group singing, jugalbandi, battle of bands, folk music, sufi, classical, western music, instrumentals, parody, jamming, music festivals, etc.

Dance Society MRIDAKSH

This troupe covers activities like solo dance, duet dance, group dance, western (salsa, jazz, street etc.), traditional, folk dance competitions, dance festivals, etc.

Literary Society NOOSHA

This forum covers activities like debate & declamation, MUN, youth parliament, quiz & GK, poetry, article writing, book reviews, film reviews, essay writing, news & views, literary festivals, TV anchoring & news reporting, panel discussions, story making & telling competitions etc.

Arts Society AAREKH

This club covers activities like sketching, painting, clay modeling, pottery, cartoon making, caricature making, tattoo making, sculpture making, Rangoli making, festival of arts, Origami, art festivals etc.

Initiatives

The Programs offered by the university are inspired by the Global Curriculum. Educational Advancement is carried out with the help of University Exchange Programs and Foreign University Collaboration. It permits online Course Registration, Credit Registration and Exam Registration, access to Attendance, Time Table, Examination Schedule, Grade & Marks and Report Card and advance information about various events and holidays.

MREI aims to support deserving/meritorious students in availing financial assistance for pursuing their higher education. In order to encourage students to take up higher education despite their financial shortcomings, nowadays, most banks are providing attractive loan facility to students.
