Visit to NGO Earth Saviour Foundation

Faculty members and students of the Computer Science & Technology Department, Manav Rachna University, visited NGO Earth Saviour Foundation, on 10th March 2022. The foundation was founded by Shri Ravi Kalra who dedicated his life to serve underprivileged & deserted people and made all efforts to protect the environment.

Before the visit, CST department conducted a drive to collect daily routine items along with medicines. Mr Jas Kalra, President, Earth Saviours Foundation (a young 22-year-old boy), who has dedicated his life for this noble cause, guided the students how to give back to society, spread happiness around and not only live for oneself but others also. Students and faculty members interacted with residents, heard their stories and also involved them in some special activities like dancing, singing and lunch distribution. 

The residents not just enjoyed the performances but also involved themselves in the activities which brought immense happiness and made them feel loved & cared for.

We express our gratitude towards Earth Saviours Foundation for sensitising our students and giving them a chance to give back to society in a meaningful way.
