Eight Dynamic Research Clusters Have Been Established Under The Wings Of Manav Rachna, Driving Interdisciplinary Research.
Manav Rachna research clusters were established in 2011. Focused on creating innovation labs, policy formulation, and strategic approaches culminated in the official inauguration of the Centre on January 01, 2014.
Manav Rachna supports research-related activities. This includes enabling faculty and graduate student visits to research sites for data collection and scholarly engagement, conducting dissertation workshops to aid doctoral students in their research endeavors, providing funding for workshops and colloquia at specific research sites to foster academic collaboration and knowledge exchange, and offering to house for international visitors collaborating with the institution. Manav Rachna NewGen IEDC offers integrated, customized Innovation-Based Incubation support services for potential high investable entrepreneurs and enterprises. It scouts for innovative entrepreneurs, builds on ideation leading to develop a business concepts, provides skills and competencies trough capacity building/ training programs towards building effective enterprises.
Manav Rachna has an Incubation and Entrepreneurship Cell that supports budding entrepreneurs and innovators. It provides mentoring, guidance, and resources to students and alumni to help them develop their startup ideas into viable businesses. It also organises workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus.
Smart Energy Center is India’s largest power solutions company with presence in 90 countries worldwide and has a record of being the only company in this sphere to file 100 plus patents. The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Smart Energy Center and MRU aims at providing “in field” exposure to both faculty members and students through the established Centre of Excellence of Smart Energy at MRU campus of MREI. Students are exposed to the latest developments in the field of solar energy and its applications; especially its commercial applications in the area of energy generation, storage and deployment.
