Study in India (SII) Registration Process

After completing the online admission process with Manav Rachna, students are required to register on the Study in India (SII) Student Portal at https://www.studyinindia.gov.in/admission/registrations to generate a Unique ID. This ID is crucial and will be used during the visa application process.

Admission Process
Academic Session-2025-26
Particulars For Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan(SAARC) For Non SAARC
Documents Verification Candidates seeking admission to Manav Rachna must submit the following documents via email to the Office of International Affairs and Alliances:
  • a) Scanned copies of academic records (10+2, Diploma, Bachelor’s, etc.)
  • b) Scanned copy of passport showing name, address, validity, and issuing authority.
Eligibility Confirmation Upon receiving the required documents, the candidate's eligibility will be reviewed. Once confirmed, the candidate will be notified of their eligibility status.
Form Submission After eligibility is confirmed, the application fee must be transferred to the university’s bank account, with the candidate’s name and passport number included in the payment details
Payment of Fee (Academic and Hostel) Upon receiving the Provisional Admission Letter (PAL), the candidate is required to pay ₹11,200 as a token amount to confirm their admission. The remaining fees will be payable at the time of reporting. Once the ₹11,200 is paid, the student will receive the Confirmed Admission Letter (CAL) and a payment receipt, which can be used to obtain a student visa. Upon receiving the Provisional Admission Letter (PAL), the candidate must pay 200 USD as a token amount to confirm their admission. The remaining fee will be due at the time of reporting. Once the candidate pays 200 USD, they will receive the Confirmed Admission Letter (CAL) along with a payment receipt for 200 USD, which is required to obtain the student visa.
Joining of the University 1) With all original and valid documents (along with the Student Visa-For Sri Lanka and Bangladesh only) for the Final Documents Verification.
2) Payment of Remaining Fee of First Installment.
3) Issuing of the Fee Receipt and ID card from the Admission Cell.

Other Important Points:

  • In Case Of AIU-Student needs to apply through online mode (www.aiu.ac.in) after the Fourth Step. Generally, it is asked for the NON SAARC, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh - For PG programs.
  • FRRO Registration within 14 Days for (Through E FRRO Portal Online Mode)-Student needs to give request for the Bonafide Letter along with Valid Permanent Home Address of his/her native country with the Rent Agreement and Landlord ID of India to his/her respective department within 3 to 4 days of the Joining
  • S Form and C Form IDs- S Form ID gets issued by us after the Bonafide Certificate- through Registrar Office. Only Hostellers gets the C Form ID from us.
