A Sri Lankan delegation visited Manav Rachna campus to understand and familiarize the Quality and Standard processes of Manav Rachna only to go back deeply enriched by the experience

Manav Rachna Educational Institutions has always nurtured a deep rooted commitment towards quality education and transformed, as it were, the very educational landscape of India and beyond. It was therefore a matter of great pride when a delegation of educationists (sponsored by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Education) from Sri Lanka visited the Manav Rachna Campus. With as many as 28 delegates headed by Mr James Ciby Cyriac, Director, ASQ South Asia visiting the campus, their agenda was to familiarize and understand the ‘Quality & Standard’ processes of Manav Rachna as a premier educational entity in the country.

1A presentation was made to the Sri Lankan delegation to enable them to understand the ethics, philosophy and quality standards that drive Manav Rachna as an institution. This was followed by a fruitful interactive session and a visit to the various facilities within the campus including the Manav Rachna Innovation & Incubation Centre, Solar Energy Lab, Shooting Range, Radio Manav Rachna, Central Library and the multifarious labs at the campus.    

Welcoming the Sri Lankan delegation, Dr Sanjay Srivastava, MD, MREI said, “The journey of Manav Rachna is one of unwavering determination. Its quest for quality, academic excellence and growth was first initiated by Founder Father Dr O.P. Bhalla whose legacy of ‘creating better human beings’ continues to this day. We hope our guests from Sri Lanka will gain immensely from the experience.”      

Expressing great admiration for Manav Rachna, Mr James Ciby Cyriac said, “We have a great spiritual and emotional connect with Manav Rachna. Our delegation comprises of Senior Educational officers from the Ministry of Education who are here to study the quality aspect and implement them in Sri Lankan Schools. We are grateful to Manav Rachna for giving us the access to understand the quality systems and tools that are in place at the Institution paving the way for improving the quality of education in Sri Lanka.”        

A Presentation on- Integration of Bloomberg with the curriculum was also made at the session with the delegation.
