Robotics Training Programme
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, FET, MRIIRS organized a two-day robotics training programme for faculty members and industry personnel from Lumax.
This training was delivered by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC INDIA (MEI). This training is a part of the strong academic collaboration between MREI and MEI. Mr Parv Abott, Assistant Manager, Factory Automation Centre, MEI took a classroom training session with all the participants.
Initially the theoretical background about robotics was explained followed by a practical hands on training session which included hardware configuration, wirings of the robot controller, Programmable Logic Controller, error debugging and programming a robot to perform basic industrial operations.
The training was highly interactive providing a good exposure to the trainees on theoretical and practical concepts of Robotics.
