Plantation Drive 2020
As part of the Swachhta Pakhwada, an initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development, Clan Wild Cats and Clan Forest Rhinos of Manav Rachna University consolidated to organize Plantation Drive in MR campus itself to raise awareness amongst students about environment protection by planting more and more trees in their surroundings so that problems like deforestation, global warming, climatic changes, pollution can be controlled to some extent.
Students of different branches came together and helped the mother Earth by planting saplings and seeds of different plants in the campus where the need of plants was required.
The faculty coordinator for the event was Dr. Ruchi Gupta, Clan Chief – Wild Cats and student Clan coordinators of Clan Forest Rhinos and Clan Wild cats.
The event was conducted under the presence of Dr. Shruti Vashist, Dean Student Welfare and Dr. Ruchi Gupta, Clan Chief – Wild Cats.
