Personality development and life skills programme series

Department of Chemistry, Manav Rachna University undertook a resolution this year for spreading intelligence and is swiftly navigating towards it. MRU always strives to increase the intelligence quotient of its young and aspiring students as this will equip them with an elevated thought process.

Personality development and life skills programme has been initiated for the students of B.Sc & M.Sc.Chemistry – MRU with a clear focus on bringing out the best in one’s personality thereby improving the employability prospects and success opportunities.

The programme consists of a series of 8-10 lectures spread across the span of 4-weeks. The methodology for the programme is based on experiential learning along with a variety of techniques such as storytelling, experience sharing, appreciative inquiry, case studies etc are being used to enhance the learning experience. The students are also involved in startup projects to apply the learning learnt in the course.

The program was facilitated by the Chief Facilitator Mr. Nitesh, AGM, Corporate Relations and Career Management Cell (CRCMC). He is an alumnus of IIM Kolkata, a Cambridge certified training professional and comes with a rich corporate and academic experience of over 18 years.
