Orientation for the Ph.D. batch 2021-22
The orientation program for Ph.D. batch 2021-22 was conducted recently. The occasion was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor- Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, Director- Dr. Nandini Srivastava, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Registrar MRIIRS, Deans of Faculty, DRC Chairpersons along with senior functionaries of MRIIRS.
The program started with the welcome address delivered by Dr. Indu Kashyap, Ph.D. Coordinator, wherein she highlighted that MRIIRS is a research-centric university where there is a culture of inquiry and scholars will be trained to work in a professional environment.
Director CDP Dr. Nandini Srivastava shared thoughts from her vast experience, motivated and encouraged the scholars with nuggets of wisdom. She promised an excellent research environment to the scholars and wish them success at the university
The program was followed by the valuable thoughts of Registrar, Mr. R K Arora. He highlighted the importance of a code of conduct for online learning. He encouraged and motivated them to become future researchers and motivators.
Pro Vice-chancellor Dr. Naresh Grover graced the occasion with a wonderful presentation. He addressed the scholars and also enlightened them about the overall process of this prestigious program.
The scholars also gave their brief introduction and expressed their excitement to be a part of this prestigious program.
Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, meticulously explained the importance of research. He endowed the words of blessings for the inauguration of the program. In addition to this, he also encouraged everybody present in the program with his motivational talk. Everyone was mesmerized by his speech which included the shlokas from The Bhagawad Gita.
It was emphasized by all that the MRIIRS community is there to support, sustain, and encourage scholars at MRIIRS.
Dr. Parul Gandhi, Ph.D. Coordinator, Council for Doctoral Program, expressed her gratitude to everyone for being part of this event and proposed a vote of thanks as a concluding remark of the Orientation.
The complete session lasted for three hours and was cherished by all the participants and compassionately hosted by Dr. Indu Kashyap
