Innovative Food Products’ prepared by Department of Nutrition and Dietetics

Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS), MRIIRS has developed ‘Innovative Food Products’ under the theme‘Healthy Seeds to Eat’. The products: Nutricones, Nutriballs, Multi-seed Candy, and Chocolate Crunch were on display at Innoskill 2018. The products received overwhelming response from the visitors who were also provided comprehensive ‘body composition analysis’ along with counseling under the supervision of Dr. Mehak Sharma, Associate Professor. All Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of FAS participated in the event under the supervision of Ms Varsha Srivastava, Assistant Professor.
