Industrial Visit to RBM Industries and Shri Chari Wires
Department of Business Studies, FCBS organized an industrial visit for first year BBA International Business and Banking students to RBM Industries and Shri Chari Wires in Ballabgarh recently.
Around 40 students visited the organization and Mr. Lodhi, Chief Operations and Senior Manager accompanied the students during the whole visit and resolved their queries. He explained the entire procedure of making bolts and screws and the challenges in handling multiple operations. The students asked questions on inventory management, material handling, human resource management, safety parameters, vendor management and logistics management.
Students learnt about B2B (Business to Business) operations. The major customers of RBM industries are Maruti, Bosch, Kirloskar, Kinetic, TATA, Chasis Brakes International and many more.
The visit made students learn various managerial aspects and taught them the ground reality of the manufacturing sector.
