Students of Hotel Management were invited to Le Meridien, Gurgaon Hotel on their Marriott South Asia CHEFS Workshop. Our students who won the Culinary Cooking Competition held on March 18, 2019 were invited in Marriott Cook – Off Challenge where judges were Toine Hoeksel (Senior Culinary Director Asia Pacific), Raheel Ahmad (Culinary Director – APEC), and Himanshu Taneja (Culinary Director).
Students explored their culinary skills by engaging themselves with 35 Marriott International Executive Chefs from South Asia all under one roof over an exciting culinary competition.
They were given a certificate of participation, photo frames and gift hampers. Students who were invited were Sandharvh Ranjan and Aman Kukreja from 2nd semester, Uday Pratap Singh and Vipin Verma from 4th semester
Apart from competing under the guidance of skilled chefs each of the participating student will get a chance to work and interact with the executive chefs and culinary leaders from the Marriott World.
