Mechanical Engineering Department organized a half-day workshop on Installation & Testing of a Split Air Conditioner. Mr. Shan Khan was the trainer of the workshop who is an air conditioning engineer in Aircon Engineering Services. 5 Faculty members and 2 technicians were present during the workshop.

In the workshop, Mr. Khan gave a brief description of the installation process. He explained the complete installation process of an Indoor and Outdoor Unit of a Split Air Conditioner.

In the other part of the workshop, he gave an overview of the testing part where he explained the leak test, creation of a vacuum chamber for filling of refrigerant.
