Guest Lecture on  “Activity Based Costing vs Traditional Costing”

Manav Rachna University  organized a guest lecture on the topic “Activity Based Costing vs Traditional Costing “ for BBA 2016 and 2017 Finance & Accounts (CMA US integrated) students which was delivered by  by Mr Robin Manchanda. Mr Manchanda (CPA US , MBA-Finance),  – LOMA from LOMA-US, Licentiate in Life Insurance from III, Six Sigma –Yellow Belt and is currently working with Aditya Birla Group.

He explained the various nuances related to Activity Based Costing and how it can be used for enhanced productivity of an organization.

The session was in workshop mode wherein students had to complete worksheets for better knowledge.

The session was attended by Prof. Dr Rajat Gera, HoD, Department of Management & Commerce; Prof Dr Pragati Chauhan; Prof Dr Pooja Kapor from the department, and Mr Vikas Khosla,  General Manager- Institutional Relations, Miles Education – CPA, CMA & CFA Review.
