Faculty of Management Studies, MRIIRS was privileged to have Mr. Sandeep Nagpal for a workshop on ‘Goal Setting’ planned for first year MBA students. Mr. Nagpal is an Executive and Leadership coach holding advanced certifications from Leadership Management International, USA. With over 18 years of corporate exposure in diverse industries, he is also the C.E.O. for one of India’s leading Executive Search Firm, Ladder’s HR since 2008.

During his session, he emphasised that success being a progressive process is influenced by attitudes, behaviour, situational analysis and most importantly, a focussed goal. Addressing the students, he said that your own restrictions resist you from achieving success. According to Mr. Nagpal, the most important Mantra for success is very simple. Whether one joins a corporate or starts a new venture, one should have this belief- ‘You are the C.E.O. of your own life’.
