INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO AMUL BANAS INDUSTRIAL PLANT, ORGANIZED BY

Industrial visits has its own place of importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a
professional degree course like BBA. Today, we all perfectly understand that theoretical
knowledge is just not enough for a successful professional career. It is here that by going
beyond academics, industrial visit provides students a much relevant practical perspective of
the actual work place and the larger world of business. 
In an endeavor to bring together the Industry Experts and Student Community for
transformational education, Department of UG Management Studies, FMS, organized an
Industrial Visit for BBA students on the theme ‘Practical Aspects of Industrial Business
Management’.

The visit was conducted by the department with a view to appraise its students with the
practical aspects of business management involved in running Industrial Plants in FMCG
Segment. This programme was attended by 41 students of second semester of BBA- General.
Departmental heads from Quality Control/ Production/ Marketing/ Human Resource
departments were present to elaborate various processes to students and also answered
several queries of students and faculty members regarding competition, diversification,
supply chain management, influence of the COVID etc. on business management practices.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Shivam Hans, BBA General Student, thanking the
staff involved for the lively and interactive session.
A special thanks to Ms. Rakhi Pruthi, GM (CDC) for providing corporate connect and Dr
Bhavesh Prakash Joshi, HOD & Director, FMS-UG-MRIIRS for his guidance and support.
The session concluded with zealous participants eagerly looking forward to another
intellectually fascinating industrial visit.
