Day 3 of ‘The Law Week’ Celebrations at the campus!

Proceeding with the on-going Law Week celebrations at Manav Rachna, an Expert Talk by Dr. Jyoti D. Sood was organized for the Law Students. Dr. Sood, an Associate Professor of Law at the Indian Law Institute, Delhi spoke at length about ‘Women & Law’ in India. She shared the insights on women rights in the country. She quoted real-life cases to help students comprehend in a better way. Dr. Sood further discussed solemn subjects like Rape and Marital rape to name a few. It was a fruitful session which was much appreciated by the Law students.
