Awards at Infosys-Inspire Faculty Excellence Awards
Eight faculty members (Ms. Hanu Bhardwaj, Dr. Jyoti Pruthi, Mr. Ram Chatterjee, Ms. Mrinal Pandey, Ms.Neelu Chaudhary, Ms.Nikita Taneja, Mr. Manoj Kumar & Ms. Priyanka Gupta) of Computer Science and Technology department, Manav Rachna University have been recognized as Silver & Bronze partner faculty under the Inspire-The Campus Connect Faculty Partnership model. The Faculty members rolled out Foundation Program for B.Tech. CSE/IT Sixth semester students. This Program is part of the training that Infosys gives to the fresh recruits at its Mysore campus.
Another feather in the cap of MRU, Ms. Hanu Bhardwaj, HoD Computer Science & Technology Department, won the Second prize in Distinguished Facilitator event of Inspire Faculty Excellence Awards 2017 for successfully incorporating Scrum & Test Driven Development in second year OOPS courses at Manav Rachna University. An Apple ipod shuffle has been given as an award too. The approach adopted by the department got appreciation from the Infoscions and other partner institutes.
The awards were given during Inspire Faculty Excellence Awards – annual event at Infosys Chandigarh Development Centre on October 13.
