Report on Internal Hackathon AVISHKAR 2022 Event of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022

Internal Hackathon AVISHKAR 2022 Event of Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2022 was conducted in Manav Rachna University on 15^thMarch 2022 by IIC team. As per MoE Innovation Cell-AICTE directive, a team of technical experts from industry were invited as judges to MRU to evaluate the idea solution and its implementation and other parameters to specific problemstatements demonstratedby several competing teams of our Engineering students andselect the top teamsto be nominated for SIH 2022 registration for final competition at National level. Each team had 6 students with at least one female student in each team. More than 10teams participated in the internal Hackathon held at Manav Rachna University @ HB-01. Students participated enthusiastically and presented their solution to the Jury members.Mr. Rajeev Gupta (CEO, Dawn Digitech), Mr. Ankit Raj (Product Lead, Pandora Protocol) and Palash Dubey (Technical Consultant, IBM India Pvt. Ltd.) were the three judges invited from industry. The evaluation process was done with solution presentation as per the SIH 2022 format and students demonstrated the basic functionalities of their solutions. The rigorous evaluation process and feedback done by all the jury members were really helpful for the teams to understand their shortcomings and solution improvement. Jury members congratulated all the team members and gave them best wishes for the national level (Smart India Hackathon 2022) event.
