As per curriculum of UG and PG courses of Biotechnology, students of M.TECH & B.TECH 4th semester visited L.R. FOODS PRIVATE LTD. on 31st March 2015. Where as Students of M.SC & B.TECH 6th semester visited the L.R. FOODS PRIVATE LTD on 20th April 2015.

They learnt the complete process of bread baking including raw materials handling and treatment, dough making, fermentation, kilning, packaging, storage, etc. Different bakery products are manufactured in this unit. The students were accompanied along with faculty, Dr. Manu, Dr. Abhilasha, Dr.Shilpa and Dr. Nidhi.
