Expert Talk by Dr. Klaus-Peter Herm, Institute for Exercise and Anthropology of Sports, Germany

Faculty of Applied Sciences, Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad had a expert talk  by Dr. Klaus-Peter Herm, Institute for Exercise and Anthropology of Sports, Germany from Germany on Sport Nutrition and sports performance in young athletes on 16^th October’17. Dr. Herm is a Level 3 Kinanthropometrist, an International Scholar and Expert in Sports Medicine and has more than 54 publications in various journals.

The day started with the arrival of eminent delegates from Germany   – Klaus Peter Herms .The honored guest had a healthy talk and presentation with students of Physiotherapy and Nutrition & Dietetics and faculty of FAS. The esteemed guest shared their experiences regarding the difference between different nutritional guidelines required according to age of a sports persons and various health care program. He emphasized on specialized structured and effective program for young and adolescent sports persons. The experienced speakers discussed the various nutritional programs of different regions of the India.  He talked about specific nutritional consideration for sports person.
