Why Pursue LLM- Scope and Career Opportunity after LLM

Legal education occupies an imperative place in every country. LLM or Legum Magistere is a Masters’ degree in Law which is a specialized postgraduate level qualification in law worldwide. Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University, provides an LLM program that helps in facilitating in-depth knowledge of the specific area of law. To pursue LLM, an undergraduate law degree from a recognized university with minimum aggregate marks as per university norms is the basic eligibility.  Nowadays, students pursue LLM not because it is a mandatory course, but because they love the philosophical, academic side of the law. LL.M. Eligibility

Depending upon their area of interest, students may choose LL.M. Program for one year or two years. The eligibility criteria to pursue LL.M. involves being a Law graduate with an LL.B. degree (either 5 Years integrated or 3-year program) as per the UGC norms.

LL.M. Specializations

The basic reason that law students or lawyers seek an LL.M. is that they want to strengthen their specialized knowledge. International Commercial Arbitration:

This specialization is one of the oldest and popular amongst all the specializations. It covers offenses committed against individuals, the state, and society at large. It also covers the rules regulations statutes which are implemented by the state for the welfare of society.
