Registration Requirement: It is mandatory for at least one author of every accepted paper to register for the conference as an author and present the paper. This ensures inclusion in the esteemed conference proceedings of PRISM 2024. Registered candidates who present their papers will also receive a participation certificate, acknowledging their contribution to the conference.
Multiple Authors: In cases where more than one author wishes to attend the conference, each author must register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Please note that additional authors beyond those included in the submitted manuscript cannot be added to the accepted manuscript.
Registration Deadline:Early bird registration deadline is 15th October, 2024. Registration with late fee after 15th October 2024. The non-refundable registration fee must be settled before uploading the final formatted, camera-ready version of the paper along with the e-copyright form.
Manuscript: No changes in the author list can be made to the accepted manuscript.
* Online participation only for international participants and far distant places within country only in few special cases on request .

To maintain the integrity of the conference proceedings, any accepted paper listed in the final program must have at least one author in attendance to present the paper. Non-presented papers will regrettably not be considered for publication, aligning with our stringent no-show policy.
