The unique initiative of PRISM foundation to coach young leaders of the industry to rise to the business leadership of the country and the globe, brings prestige from the community. Every year, the foundation invites young leaders to present the significant value they have created for their organizations, customers, and communities.

This competition is now in its third edition. 2021, 2022 and 2023 six teams of emerging leaders were chosen from among more than 125 submissions.
