Yoga Session for Faculty & Staff Members

This beautiful and insightful piece of wisdom can help us understand the importance of yoga in life. Yoga and meditation when practiced together strengthen the connection of mind and body, improving overall fitness and well-being. To relax ourselves from stress and improve our quality of life, Clan Forest Rhinos has started with the sessions on Yoga and Meditation on every working Saturday with Dr. Bindu Agarwal. The first yoga session started with approximately 35 Faculty & Staff Members of MREI. Dr. Bindu Agarwal discussed and demonstrated some ways and dimensions of different types of Pranayama and systematic practice of different “ASANAS” of standing, sitting and laying positions. She reckoned many benefits of practicing yoga and pointed out that yoga is the scientific way of living healthy and increasing life expectancy.
