Visit to ‘The Earth Saviours Foundation’

Faculty members and students of Computer Science & Technology Department, Manav Rachna University, took initiative to visit “The Earth Saviours Foundation”. This Foundation is an internationally recognized NGO, founded by Shri Ravi Kalra, who has dedicated his life to serve less privileged & deserted people and is making every possible effort to protect the environment.

CST department conducted ten days Collection Drive before the visit and were able to donate ample amount of daily routine items along with some amount for Medical Care Unit. During the visit, Ravi Ji was considerate enough to take out time from his busy schedule and address the students for an hour, guiding them how to be a better human being and a vigilant citizen, to live not for their own selves but for others.

The students were glad that they got an opportunity to spend few moments of their lives interacting with the people and sharing the little, yet very special moments with them. Students not only displayed special singing and dancing performances, but also made the residents involved. They also performed along with the students, which brought immense happiness & delight and made them feel loved and cared.
