Share And Care Donation Drive
Under ISR initiative, Faculty of Computer Applications, MRIIRS organized a donation drive “Share and Care” on 19th January 2018 in which unprivileged children from the NGO “Sindhu Shiksha Sadan”, Faridabad founded by Mrs. Kamlesh Seth, were invited to be the part of the drive. The event was inaugurated by paying floral tribute to the Manav Rachna’s founder visionary Dr O.P. Bhalla ji and chanting of the Gayatri Mantra. NGO children along with FCA students performed on the stage and grabbed the applause.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. N.C. Wadhwa, Hon’ble Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. M.K. Soni, Dean Academics and Dean FCA Dr.Naresh Grover, Director IQAC Dr. V.K. Mahna, Professor and HOD FCA Dr. S.S. Tyagi were present in the drive.
Dr. N.C. Wadhwa, VC MRIIRS addressed the august audience and motivated everyone to increase their contribution towards society. All the dignitaries initiated the donation of school bags, stationary, edibles and much more. All the faculty members and students donated heartily showing their belief in the noble cause. Mrs. Kamlesh Seth founder of NGO “Sindhu Shiksha Sadan” thanked MANAV RACHNA family for the opportunity given to unprivileged children and being the part of this noble cause.. The event concluded with the National Anthem and was a grand success.
