The Department of Sciences (Chemistry) at MRU hosted an insightful workshop on "Scientific writing” on 28th April, 2025. This session aimed to provide valuable insights into the manuscript writing skills, title decision, relevance info collection, reference citation, etc. The invited speakers were from American Chemical Society, Dr. Krishnaraghav Chaturvedi Outreach Manager, American Chemical Society and Dr. Ajay Jha Associate Publisher, ACS Publications. At the start of the workshop, Prof. Arpit Sand, Program Head Chemistry and Prof. Jyotsana Pandit HoD Sciences welcomed both the speakers with sapling and momento and thereafter the discussion started with lots of enthusiasm.
The workshop was not just about scientific writing, it was about documenting results — it's the foundation of how we communicate discoveries, validate knowledge, and contribute meaningfully to the global research community. It enhances critical thinking, sharpens precision, and transforms complex data into impactful insights.
