Proclined anterior teeth have been one of the major concerns for patients considering orthodontic treatment and is treated by extraction the first premolars on both sides, creating space to retract the proclined teeth, using fixed mechanotherapy. The efficacy in retracting and correcting the inclination of anterior teeth was assessed, along with anchorage loss, if any, when utilizing mini-implants for anchorage.
