Alumni talk on “Internet of Things” 

Computer Science and Technology Department of MRU organized an Alumni talk “Internet of Things” recently. Ms. Kirti Aggarwal, an alumnus of B.Tech CSE 2007-2011 Batch was the speaker. She interacted with the second year students of Computer Science and Technology.

Ms. Kirti Aggarwal is currently associated with TCS as an ITA. She has worked with organizations like Reviving India as an Industry Expert. She holds hands-on experience in implementing projects and providing solutions of business applications on IoT platform.

Kirti discussed about basic building fundamentals about IOT and shared her experience in Cloud Computing. She told them about the fully programmed virtual assistant named “Jarvis” at Mark Zukerberg’s (CEO of Facebook) home.

The session was made more interactive by involving students in observing showcased IoT projects and bringing out highlights from them. The students found the session quite informative and they enthusiastically participated in the session.
