Placement Process & Guidelines

Placement Process & Guidelines

The campus placement process for dental students follows a structured approach, ensuring fairness and transparency. Here’s the overview:

  • UG/PG students who have recently completed their courses prepare their resumes and portfolios to highlight their skills and achievements.
  • The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) of the University extends invitations to dental hospitals, clinics, or organizations to participate in campus placements for Manav Rachna Dental College (MRDC).
  • Interested organizations specify their requirements and job profiles, which are then communicated from CRC to the students through the Placement Coordinator of MRDC. Depending on their interests, student candidates apply for various job opportunities.
  • The CRC reviews candidate applications and shortlists applicants based on the relevance of their qualifications to the job profiles offered.

Selection Process

Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the written test undergo interviews, which may be technical or HR-based.
