Guidelines for Authors

Registration Requirement: It is mandatory for at least one author of every accepted paper to register for the conference as an author and present the paper. This ensures inclusion in the esteemed conference proceedings of MRCON 2025. Registered candidates who present their papers will also receive a participation certificate, acknowledging their contribution to the conference.

Multiple Authors: In cases where more than one author wishes to attend the conference, each author must register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Please note that additional authors beyond those included in the submitted manuscript cannot be added to the accepted manuscript.

Registration Opens: The registration opens on 25 February, 2025. The non-refundable registration fee must be settled before uploading the final formatted, camera-ready version of the paper along with the e-copyright form.

Manuscript: No changes in the author list can be made to the accepted manuscript.
