Theme - Integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with SDGs: Pathways to a Resilient Future amidst Technological Disruption

The MRCON 2025 shall be convened on April 24th and 25th, 2025, by School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS). This year, the theme of the conference is Paths to a Resilient Future amidst Technological Disruption: Integrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with SDGs. It reflects a very urgent need for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and thought leaders to come together and deliberate on discussions that probe the crossing points of diversity, equity, inclusion, and SDGs against the backdrop of very rapid technological change.

The conference will serve as a platform for delving into how organizations and societies can merge the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion with the Global SDGs to build a future that is more resilient. Participants will get a chance to explore in depth the challenges as well as the opportunities that have been created through technological disruption and its ability to have an impact on achieving these critical goals.
