MRCON has become an important platform for collaborating between academia, industry professionals, and policymakers. It has transformed into a blended model that guarantees greater outreach and echoes across the globe. It has consistently pushed leading ideas for sustainable development and digital transformation for many years.

● In 2021, MRCON's journey began when it organized its First Edition Conference on the theme "Reinventing Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability in the Era of Challenges." Focused on innovation and flexibility to address business as well as sustainability challenges.

● In 2022, Business and sustainability as well as technological innovation, highlighting the integration of modern technologies to achieve the sustainable goal was adopted as the theme for MRCON.

● MRCON 2023 adopted one of the components of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" — celebrating the vision of India for 2047. The conference focussed on sustainable and inclusive growth through Social Responsibility and Ecological Balance.

● MRCON 2024 theme was "Sustainable Growth through Digital Innovation." It involved focusing on the exploitation of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and big data analytics in driving sustainability and efficiency.

These previous editions of MRCON had received a good number of responses both domestically and internationally in the form of research papers.
