The workshop aimed to empower young individuals by enhancing their confidence and sharpening their focus—two critical attributes for success in academics, professional pursuits, and life. The primary goal of the workshop was to help the students address the challenges faced by today’s youth, such as stress, lack of self-confidence, and distractions, and to provide practical solutions to overcome them.
These activities set a positive tone for the day. One of the core components was learning scientifically backed breathing techniques and guided meditation practices. These techniques, central to the Art of Living’s philosophy, are known to reduce anxiety, increase mental clarity, and improve emotional resilience.
Ms. Nidhi combined theoretical insights with practical exercises to ensure maximum engagement and learning.
