Design and development of Electrochemical grinding

Current Status: Conceptualization

 

Objective:

The objective of the project is to develop a new type of manufacturing machine by using electrochemical to make the process more reliable and efficient from the current method

Team needs exposure to industries for better knowledge of the methods currently in use.

Ape Technologies

Team is developing a new type of gloves for industry use, where the risk of infection is high. The glove contains sanitizing chemical which gets secreted on applying pressure. Team also is developing a surface sanitizing machine using UV lights

Current Status: Conceptualization

 

Objective:

Aim to develop a surface sanitizing glove which could be used in industries and hospitals to clean the surface automatically. Team also aim to develop a hand held UV surface cleaning device

Farmbook solutions

Team is working towards helping the farmers by increasing the growth rate of crops with the use of natural pesticides

Attaware Biodegradable

Team is working on manufacturing cutleries from biodegradable food items like wheat etc. The plan is make edible cutleries

Team aim to reduce the usage of plastic cutleries available in market.

Smart Tee

Team is developing a smart traffic signal solution with the help of IoT. The idea is to sense the amount of traffic on road and accordingly let the signals to turn Green.

The team wants to use this solution for emergency vehicles

Objective:

Project aim at developing smart traffic signals which could be used by emergency vehicles.

The Plastic Salvager

Making of Disposable items using Waste Plastic (MDIWP) using PLC as the name suggests, it recycles the plastics wrappers by using sanitization method and doing the moulding process, we can give it shape of different utensils. Thereafter, we will apply the food color coating on the disposable so that, it will use for eating and drinking purpose. we can make it more attractive and protective as well. With the help of PLC, we can make the system time saving, by using  IOT and Automation we can obtain and send the different types of data easily.

 

 

Current Status: Conceptualization

 

Objective:

·         Automatic plastic recycling.

·         Tracking the production.

·         Reduce and reuse the plastic.

Team needs assistance in the methods being currently used.

Smart Grid for intelligent Power Use

Smart metering system is considered as an efficient method used for improvement in efficiency of energy consumers and power consumption patterns and helps in reduction of financial burden of electricity. It is developed by combining power system, telecommunication and other technologies. Many other facilities have been added to the smart grid area due to the development of cutting edge technologies of science.

 

Current Status: Conceptualization

 

Objective:

Projects aim at designing and developing a smart power grid which focuses on grid monitoring and operations. To make automatic control of grid.

Proposal Stage

We will create a prototype after doing the simulation of the concept and then we will test its power generation capacity

GROUND WATER RECHARGE USING PERVIOUS CONCRETE 

Pervious concrete has introduced in rural road as a road pavement material. Pervious concrete as a paving material has seen renewed interest due to its ability to allow waterto flow through itself to recharge groundwater level and minimize storm water runoff.

Current Status: Conceptualization

 

Objective:

To use previous concrete for making roads and pavements so that during the rain the ground water could be replinshed.

Proposal Stage

Assistance in developing the base and incorporation of company for further market research.
