Workshop on ‘Internet on Things using CupCarbon Simulator’

Students and Faculty Members from ECE Dept, FET, MRIIRS took part in the Workshop on ‘Internet on Things using CupCarbon Simulator’ held at the Manav Rachna Campus on February 7, 2019. The resource person for the same was Mr. Rahul Johari, Head Software cell, University School of Information and Communication Technology (USI,C&T), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka, Delhi.

The workshop was designed to provide an opportunity for attendees to keep themselves abreast of the latest advances in Internet of Things. An introductory session included details of wireless networks, smart devices/ sensors/ actuators, Internet of Things revolutions and applications. Hands on sessions on IoT implementation using CupCarbon simulator and Eclipse IDE were also held. This was followed by discussion on security issues in IoT based applications.

It was an explanatory workshop for all.
