The young and energetic participants of Women Entrepreneurship Development Program (WEDP), celebrated the “International Women’s Day” with lot of zeal and enthusiasm. WEDP is a 5 week long training program under the aegis of DST- NIMAT scheme that aims to empower, educate and motivate the women participants in converting their entrepreneurial aspirations into workable business solutions. WEDP decided to dedicate the day to “Women Health and fitness“. Dr Shalini Grover, Professor, Department of Physiotherapy shared some health tips and the need to maintain good health with Power Yoga exercises. A lot of outdoor activities were also conducted to infuse among the participants the need to be physically and mentally fit.
