WOAP – WORLD ON A PLATE

Department of Hotel Management took the students of B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration for World on a Plate event on February 15, 2020. The event was held in DLF Avenues Mall at Saket and it was the India’s largest Gourmet Food Festival.

The highlight of the event was the master classes by legendary International Chef and ‘Father of Modern Cooking’ aka the Chef Marco Pierre White. He is the youngest chef to win three Michelin stars. The event showcased over 10 Celebrity Chef Master classes and 22 food pop-ups by exceptional restaurants that span regional Indian & global cuisines.
