Webinar on Orofacial Pain: The Current Perspective
Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery organized a webinar on ‘Orofacial Pain: The current Perspective’ on July 11, 2020, by International speaker, Dr. Davis Thomas, Clinical Assistant Professor, Division of Oro-facial Pain, Rutgers New Jersey School of Dentistry.
Padma Shree Dr. Mahesh Verma, Vice Chancellor, GGS Indraprastha University, New Delhi was the Guest of Honor. 380 delegates from all over India and abroad participated in the webinar.
The webinar was meant to describe the basics of OFP/ TMJ/ TMD and give the principles of evidence-based diagnosis and treatment plan for these conditions.
What is TMD, oro-facial pain and sleep apnea – what is the inter-relationship?
Overall, it was a learning experience appreciated by all the participants.
