Management Development Program on Sales & Negotiation

The third two-day MDP was recently conducted on Sales and Negotiation for 21 participants from S-CCI India Pvt Limited, an Indo -Japanese joint venture in Gurgaon, Haryana. There were ten sessions on various tools and techniques of Value Chain, ROI, Benefit Selling, Pipeline Management, Customer Journey Cycle and Distributor Selection & Management.

The sessions were conducted by Prof (Dr.) Rajat Gera and Prof. Arindom Chatterjee. The Program was also attended by GM Sales and Manager Sales of S-CCI India Pvt. Limited. All the sessions were well received by the participants who also gave a very positive feedback. Certificates of participation were given by Dr Sanjay Srivastava, Vice Chancellor, MRU and MD, MREI and Dr Meenakshi Khurana, Pro -VC, MRU. The concluding session was attended by Dr. Birendra Prasad, Professor and Director – New Initiatives and Dr. Sujata Nayak, Professor and HOD – Mechanical Department.
