The Third Concluding Ceremony -2018

Manav Rachna University awarded Provisional Certificates to around 200 students of Engineering, Management and Applied Sciences courses during the ‘The Third Concluding Ceremony -2018’ held recently. The certificates were distributed in the august presence of Dr. M.M. Kathuria, Trustee, MREI; Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, VC, MRU; Dr. Meenakshi Khurana, Pro-VC, MRU; Dr. Jose Verghese, Professor Emeritus and distinguished deans and directors from different departments of the university.

It is very heartening to share that the ceremony was organized for the 11^th pass-out Batch of Engineering from Manav Rachna University (Formerly MRCE). Along with them, the students of 2nd batch of MBA and M. Tech Programme; 1st batch of M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry and M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hons) Mathematics Programme were also bestowed with provisional certificates.

Dr. Meenakshi Khurana congratulated students for their success and wished them success in life and motivated them to glorify the name of their alma mater with their actions. Once the Certificates were awarded, students took an oath that they would abide by the alma mater under any circumstance. The vision of lifelong learning was spread across the entire gallery and students were shining like a new penny with their beaming faces as they received this token.

Dr. M.M. Kathuria showered his blessings on the students. Dr. Sanjay Srivastava gave an inspiring concluding address which enthused and enriched students and faculty members. He emphasized the importance of being both academically sound and the socially competent.

The ‘Vote of Thanks’ was proposed by Dr. Sangeeta Banga, Dean Students’ Welfare.
